Safaricom Mpesa withdrawal and sending charges

MPesa recently made changes to withdrawal and sending charges. In the new changes, you can no longer send money to unregistered mobile money users on Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom networks. In the new changes, the maximum amount you can transact per day has increased to KSh. 500,000.

The maximum amount per transaction is now KSh. 250,000.

You can access MPesa services through the MPesa menu in the SIM Tool Kit or by dialing the MPesa USSD shortcode *334#. The *334# code is particularly useful when the M-PESA menu hangs or for some reason is not able to complete the transaction.
