Upgrading or downgrading your StarTimes package can be done hassle-free in a few simple steps. You can easily change your current StarTimes package to a cheaper or better one just through the comfort of your phone. No need to visit StarTimes customer care shops, unless your decoder fails to operate normally.

StarTimes offers both satellite (Dish) and aerial TV (Digital) technologies for viewers to make choices on what best suits them. The aerial decoder gives you access to Nyota, Basic and Classic packages. On the other hand, the Dish or combo decoder packages include Nova, Smart, and Super packages.

Before you upgrade or downgrade your StarTimes bouquet, please make sure you have your StarTimes smartcard account number at hand. You can find it on the sticker on the back of the decoder. Alternatively, you can access your smartcard code through the settings menu on your decoder.
