Family Bank PesaPap mobile banking is a digital platform that enables Family Bank customers to perform banking transactions right from the comfort of their mobile phones 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Family bank customers can access mobile banking using the USSD code *325# or by downloading the PesaPap mobile application.
You can access Family Bank mobile banking even without a smartphone. Just dial the USSD code *325# and follow the prompts on the screen.

You can access the following services from PesaPap Mobile Banking:
Link your SIM Card with your Family Bank Account
You will need to visit your nearest Family Bank branch customer care service desk with your National ID to link your Bank Account with mobile banking services.
You will need to fill out some mobile banking forms before the customer service desk links and activates your SIM card for mobile banking services.
Confirm USSD or PesaPap Activation
You will then dial *325# and follow the prompts to enable PesaPap on your phone.
You will be asked to choose a secure PIN that you will be using to access PesaPap mobile banking services.
Alternatively, you can download and install the PesaPap mobile Application from Google Play Store or App Store (for iOS).
Enter your Family Bank Account Number, mobile number, National ID, and Email for receiving statements, agree to the terms and press Register.
Complete by entering the OTP generated to verify the mobile number. Enter a new secure PIN.
If you don’t have an account with Family Bank, you can also open an account through PesaPap.
You will need your ID, KRA PIN, Selfie and Ksh. 100 to do that.
Choose Account Type and accept terms and conditions.
Next, you will be required to fill in your personal and identification information then hit next.
Follow through with the registration process and activate your account.
