Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, JKUAT, is a Kenyan Public University offering a wide range of diploma courses in various academic fields ranging from IT, business, journalism, hospitality and architecture.
JKUAT’s main campus is located in Juja along the Thika Super Highway, about 36 km from Nairobi CBD.
The university has 11 other campuses namely Nairobi CBD campus, Karen campus, Kisii campus, Kitale campus, Mombasa campus, Kakamega campus, Westlands campus, Kisumu campus, Keiyian Campus – Transmara, KQ- Pride Center campus – Nairobi, and Eldoret campus.
Intakes are done in January, May and September.
Most diploma courses at JKUAT run for a duration of 18 months while certificate programs take 4 months both full-time and part-time.

Diploma courses require a KCSE certificate with C- (Minus) mean grade, with at least D+ (plus) in Mathematics and English, or KCE Division II, or a relevant certificate with credit pass, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University Senate.
