As teachers, we have a great task to prepare our lessons adequately and at the same time, we have to deliver the content to the learners in a manner they can understand. There are so many documents we have to fill. We have to write schemes of work for high schools and devise lesson plans from them.
We are also tasked to manage the classroom and make sure all our learners’ different levels are catered for.

Some days you have a few lessons to teach. On some other days, you may have close to six lessons or more.
Is Teaching a Calling?
Teaching is not just chalk and talk. We have to set comprehensive exams to test if our learners have gained any knowledge we impart to them. Not to mention marking schemes are also needed before the exams are sent to the copier.
The list continues. We perform invigilation and unduly do marking of the students’ scripts. Oh, the struggle we have to go through to find anything remarkable on those scripts.
But that’s our work. We are trained to do it and we draw fulfillment in it. As the old adage goes, teaching is a calling.
More Tasks
We are also required by our employers to fill or update the TPADs, nowadays we have to do it often. We have to look for evidence to support any score we write and upload it to the TSC TPAD2 platform.
Not forgetting to mention the workshops we are ambushed to attend without a word from us.
For sure, we become so overwhelmed.
This platform gives you some relief by providing editable and ready to be used schemes of work.
