Zuku has many ways of paying for your satellite subscription, including Mpesa, Airtel Money, Equitel, and Mobile banking apps. It’s worth noting that Zuku takes up to 2 hrs to update the payments into your account.
Here is how to pay for zuku satellite packages using MPesa paybill number:
- Go to MPesa menu and select Lipa Na Mpesa
- Next select Pay Bill
- Enter 320323 as the business number
- For the account, enter your Zuku account number
- Enter the amount of the package you want
- Key in your Mpesa pin
- Confirm the details and send
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone.
Installing Zuku Satellite and Activating a Package
Visit the Zuku Satellite TV installers webpage (zuku.co.ke/satellite-tv-installers/) and select your county to find a Zuku reseller and installer near you.

Unfortunately ZUKU fibre and TV subscription is currently available in some countries in Africa. But you can contact ZUKU to see if they have arrangements outside Africa.
Do you have [Zuku TV and] internet in Nyahururu?
Zuku satellite TV is available everywhere in Kenya. The fibre internet connection services are not available in Nyahururu.
The available Zuku channels have reduced drastically ie 414, 415. Why is this occurring, and is the company about to close down?
