Chuka Technical and Vocational College is a Government TVET Institute located in Tharaka Nithi County, Chuka Igambangombe Sub County and offers a wide range of courses in artisan, craft and diploma levels.
Courses at Chuka TVC range from ICT, Business courses, Engineering, and Agriculture. These programs are majorly examined by KNEC and TVET CDACC.
Diploma courses require C- in KCSE, certificate courses require at least a D plain while artisan courses require a D- and below.
How to Apply for Courses at Chuka Technical and Vocational College
You can apply for courses online through the Chuka TVC online application portal. Carefully fill in the required information and select the intake (January, May, or September).
You will then be required to upload your KCSE certificate or result slip before submitting the course application form.
You can also apply through the KUCCPS Students Portal and then be directed to download your admission letter on the Chuka TVC website, once KUCCPS places you successfully in your course at the institution.

Chuka Technical and Vocational College Fee Structure
The fee payable in public TVET colleges per academic year is Ksh. 56,420. Students placed by KUCCPS pay Ksh. 26,420 per academic year after the government pays a capitation of Ksh. 30,000 per year.
Students can apply for TVET HELB loans of up to Ksh. 40,000 per year to cater for the remaining balance and for upkeep.
These fees do not include external examination bookings and other admission fees for new students.
