Great Lakes University of Kisumu (GLUK), is a chartered private university in Kenya established in 1998 and offers certificate, diploma, degree, masters and Ph.D. courses in various fields of study. The main campus is located in Kibos, off Miwani Road, Kisumu County.

The institution has other campuses at Milimani, Kisumu City, and in Nairobi at Kipro Centre, 5th floor in Westlands, opposite Baptist church, along sports road. GLUK admits both Kenyan and international students.

Modes of delivery for courses at the Great Lakes University of Kisumu include; Full time, Part-time and ODeL. Intakes are done in January, May and September every year.

The nursing courses at the Great Lakes University of Kisumu are approved and recognized by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
