The Technical University of Kenya has its history dating back to the 1950s when it began as a technical training college. The technical training institute was then given a charter and uplifted to university status. The university still offers technical courses and TVETA certified courses apart from undergraduate academic programmes. This article enlists CUE approved undergraduate courses offered at the Technical University of Kenya, TUK.

The Technical University of Kenya, once known as the Kenya Polytechnic, is located along Haile Selassie Avenue, next to the railway station in Nairobi County.
